"This is a wonderful ministry, a gift to both church and world. The hope of Resurrection is so much more than a vague 'afterlife': it is the reaffirmation, in God's ultimate new creation, of who we really are, body, mind and spirit. The comfort of this promise reaches back into the darkest moments we humans can face. Thank God for those who bring this comfort where it is most needed."
~ N.T. Wright, Surprised by Hope
The mission of this ministry is to lead a movement reclaiming the Christian meaning and experience of death.
There is a direct correlation between seeing death and the stability of our faith; we can live out our faith in service to our neighbors in their time of greatest need. Jesus said, "There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends" (John 15:13).
There are many ways to engage with end-of-life care and conversations.
