Be Transformed by Resurrection Hope
Christ will return among the living people of a generation. We have no idea when this time will be, but until the day, the living will be tending to the dying. Paul’s eschatology puts a priority on the dead, and this should govern our work in caring for the dying (1 Thes. 4:16). Reviving this expectation in caregiving is paramount in leading a Christian movement toward resurrection hope.
